Me and my friends were thinking of going somewhere out of town to chill.
Then one suggested that there will be a climb the coming weekend so this happened.
panic buying haha

I have been eyeing to get my first legit trail shoes (I wore my overused boots during my Mt. Manabu trek) for my future hiking plans but I never thought I'd be buying it sooner.
I finally got myself my first Sandugo hiking shoes!
They are called the SH 1201 from their growing shoes style collection.
it's light, has perfect grip and affordable. I initially planned to get the sandal type but i thought it would be better for me if it's close around my feet. 

Saturday morning came and my alarm didn't work on me. So I got to the bus terminal quite late.
good thing there were a couple of people who came much late after me haha whew!

How old do you guys think I am? I always have this intro gag to new friends guessing my age. Thanks to my Asian blood I never got higher my actual age, I usually get lower like early 20s or just right. It's quite fun and flattering honestly. Travel | Roadtripping Tagaytay

It's one of those days when you just wanna go out somewhere at random and luckily your friends are into it too. Tagaytay city automatically sprung into mind because it is relatively near Manila so travel time wouldn't be an issue. Hello Taal Lake My friends and I decided drive down south. Since we headed off quite late in the afternoon, the plan was to stay overnight for the weekend. We arrived in the city proper at night so we stopped by Tootsie's first for dinner. Tootsie's Tagaytay is an all Filipino cuisine family restaurant along Aguinaldo highway.  The ambiance was homey and the food was great! After dinner we went ahead and looked for an inexpensive inn or hostel. Luckily it wasn't the peak season yet for tourist or else we would have a hard time getting a decent place to stay. **Travel tip: Overlooking views play a huge factor in hotel prices.
